Reduce sign-up handling
Put the event QR code where customers can scan it, while the host watches the participant list on the tablet.

For pub owners and venue teams
Give staff one practical host view for registration, fixtures and scores, while customers join from their phones and the pub TV keeps everyone informed.
Built around the host's evening
Handwritten sign-ups and score sheets can work for a small night, but they become difficult to keep current when people join, matches overlap and the room keeps asking what happens next. PubPlay gives those jobs a clear digital sequence.
Put the event QR code where customers can scan it, while the host watches the participant list on the tablet.
Use the active fixtures and recorded results to answer who plays next without rewriting a board after every match.
Open the browser display on the pub TV so current play, standings and outcomes are visible beyond the host desk.
A practical first night
The host controls the event from the Android app. Customers need only a phone browser, and the TV view runs separately in a browser-connected display.

Set up the pub, choose tonight's game and select the format staff plan to run.
Let customers register from their phones, then close registration when the participant list is ready.
Generate supported fixtures or open the chosen trivia or high-score flow, then record results from the host tablet.
Confirm the event is complete and retain its participants and results in the venue archive.
What your venue can run
Use PubPlay for darts, pool, quiz, bingo, dominoes, cribbage, skittles, shuffleboard, table football or a custom game. Choose individual round robin, team round robin, knockout, high-score or interactive trivia according to the event.
PubPlay organizes the event; your staff remain in control of house rules, equipment and final score decisions.
