Terms of service

These terms apply to use of the PubPlay website, Android host application, player web experience and TV display.

Venue accounts

Account holders must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure and use PubPlay only for lawful venue operations. The venue is responsible for the names, teams, scores and other event information entered by its staff or players.

Subscriptions

Paid functionality is provided through monthly or annual Google Play subscriptions. Current price, trial eligibility, renewal and cancellation terms are displayed by Google Play before purchase.

Acceptable use

Users must not probe, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, create fraudulent accounts or interfere with another venue's events.

Availability

We work to keep PubPlay available and preserve event data, but internet services can experience interruptions. Venues should retain an appropriate fallback for time-critical events.

Changes

Features and these terms may change as PubPlay develops. Material changes will be communicated through the service or this website.
