Privacy policy

PubPlay processes the information needed to provide owner accounts, venue operations, games nights, subscriptions and support.

Information we process

Owner name, email address, password hash, venue details, event records, player display names, teams, scores, subscription status, referral attribution and technical service logs.

How information is used

We use this information to authenticate owners, operate games nights, restore sessions, maintain archives, confirm subscriptions, prevent abuse, provide support and produce venue or partner reports.

Players

Players join a specific event without creating a PubPlay account. Their display name, optional team and event results are stored as part of that venue's event record.

Payments

Google Play processes purchases. RevenueCat provides subscription-status information to PubPlay. PubPlay does not receive complete payment-card details.

Retention and deletion

Owners can delete their account inside the app. Venue event history, fraud-prevention records, referral attribution and transaction records may be retained where reasonably required for operational, accounting or legal purposes.

Security and transfers

Traffic is encrypted in transit. Access to production systems is restricted. Service providers may process information in other countries under their applicable safeguards.
