Register players or teams
Build the participant list through QR joining, then use individual or team formats where supported.

Competition management
PubPlay gives the host a structured way to register competitors, generate supported fixtures, enter results and keep the tournament visible around the venue.
A tournament the room can follow
A pub competition becomes harder to coordinate as soon as several matches are active and players need to know who plays next. PubPlay keeps the host's fixture view connected to player and public displays.
Build the participant list through QR joining, then use individual or team formats where supported.
Create round-robin fixtures or a knockout bracket after registration is ready and prevent late additions from changing the field.
Record results, update standings and allow supported knockout winners to progress through the bracket.
Supported tournament formats
PubPlay covers the regular formats needed for many pub darts, pool and other venue competitions without claiming specialist league or officiating features.

Generate fixtures so registered individuals meet across the group and standings update from recorded results.
Organize registered teams through a round-robin schedule and keep team standings visible.
Generate the bracket, handle supported byes and progress winners as match results are entered.
Use a ranked high-score event when the competition is based on points rather than head-to-head fixtures.
Host controls
The Android host app is the operational console. Staff confirm the participant list, generate the competition, record scores and decide when the event is finished.
PubPlay does not currently claim double elimination, automatic board assignment, referee assignment, season-long leagues or push notifications.
Practical questions
PubPlay supports individual round robin, team round robin and knockout competitions. High-score events are also available when head-to-head fixtures are not needed.
The bracket progresses supported winners after the host records match results, including supported handling for byes.
No. Venue staff manage physical boards, tables and officiating separately.
