Delete your PubPlay account

The fastest method is available directly inside the PubPlay host app.

  1. Sign in to the owner account.
  2. Scroll to Danger zone.
  3. Enter the current password.
  4. Type DELETE.
  5. Select Delete account permanently and confirm.

Deleting a PubPlay account does not automatically cancel its Google Play subscription. Manage subscriptions separately in Google Play.

Request deletion without the app

Email fullstackdev2010@gmail.com from the registered address. Include the venue name, but never send a password, payment details or Google credentials.

What is removed

The owner login, authentication tokens, personal account details and access links to venues are deleted or irreversibly detached after verification.

Records that may remain

Venue event history, scores, referral attribution and transaction records may be retained without the personal owner account when required for operations, fraud prevention, accounting or legal compliance.
